The Community Needs Survey will:
- gauge what programming our community members find useful, and what else they want to see,
- inform our strategic plan for the next five years, and
- explore opportunities for collaboration.
There are THREE different versions of the survey. Each survey is ten questions long and available via our website and the links below. You can complete multiple versions of the study.
For example, Parents with children in their homes can complete the Parent and Community Member Surveys.
You will receive a $5 gift card for each survey you complete AND be entered into a drawing to win a $100 Amazon gift card.
